Welcome to InsureGeeks (the "Site"), owned and operated by InsureGeeks.com ("InsureGeeks," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1401 21st ST, Suite # 17568, Sacramento, CA 95811, United States. Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site. If you are not a resident of the United States, you are not eligible to use or access this Site.

1. Our Service

InsureGeeks is an insurance provider matching service. We are not an insurance broker or insurance company, and we do not provide insurance directly. We attempt to match you with participating insurance carriers and other providers, and to connect you to quotes or applications for coverage based on information you provide. Not all insurance companies are able to offer you a quote, and any quote we help facilitate will be governed by the terms and conditions of the issuing carrier, over which we have no control.

Coverage availability, rates, and fees vary by insurance company, by state, and based on your individual driving history and other factors determined by the insurance companies providing quotes. None of the insurance companies you may be matched with sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with InsureGeeks or this Site. We make no guarantee that a match will be found, that a quote will be delivered, or that any policy will be approved. In many cases, once you are matched with a carrier, the quoting process will continue on that carrier's own website.

Advertised or "lowest monthly premium" rates represent the lowest rate available to some drivers and may not apply to you; your actual rate and any savings depend on your state, driving record, and coverage selections.

We do not charge users to use the Site. We may be compensated by insurance carriers or other companies that advertise on or through the Site.

2. Eligibility and Access

You may use the Site only if you are a resident of the United States. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and for any reason, to change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site, or to limit your access to it, without notice or liability.

3. Your Information; Consent to Contact

When using the Site, you will be asked to submit certain information ("User Information"), including details related to requests for insurance quotes. Our handling of your User Information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit; we make no guarantee as to its accuracy, and we may delete User Information from our systems at any time. If we determine, in our discretion, that any submitted information violates these Terms or is otherwise unlawful or unacceptable, we may delete it and/or decline to use it to generate or deliver a quote.

By providing your contact information, you agree that InsureGeeks and its partners may contact you directly or through third parties, including via newsletters, promotional emails, phone calls, automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, and interactive voice response systems. 4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its underlying software, content, and design are proprietary to InsureGeeks and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted below, you may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, and any commercial use of the Site is strictly prohibited.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, InsureGeeks grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site on a personal computer or device. This license does not permit you (or any third party acting on your behalf) to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content, code, or data from the Site. No license is granted to use InsureGeeks's or any partner's trade names, trademarks, or logos without separate written permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Any feedback, comments, suggestions, or other materials you submit through the Site become the sole property of InsureGeeks, and we may use, publish, and otherwise disseminate them for any purpose without attribution or compensation to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
