1. Agreement to Terms

2. Our Service: Lead Generation and Comparison

InsureGeeks.com is a lead generation and comparison service, not an insurance agency, broker, or carrier.

A. No Insurance Sales or Coverage. We do not sell, underwrite, or bind insurance coverage. We are not licensed insurance agents or brokers. The quotes, comparisons, or information you receive through the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer of insurance. Insurance coverage can only be bound or changed through a direct agreement with a licensed insurance agent or carrier.

B. Lead Submission & Sale/Sharing. By submitting your information through our forms, you expressly consent to our transmitting, selling, or sharing your Personal Information to third-party insurance agents, brokers, carriers, and other lead buyers (“Partners”) for the purpose of receiving insurance quotes and related offers. You may receive calls, text messages, or emails from these Partners.

C. Partners are Independent. We do not endorse or warrant the products, services, or quotes offered by any Partner. All Partners are independent third parties. Your selection of a policy, the accuracy of any quote, the terms of the policy, and the resulting relationship are solely between you and the chosen Partner. We are not responsible for any actions, omissions, or disputes between you and any Partner.

D. No Guarantee of Best Rate. While we strive to connect you with competitive offers, we make no guarantee that you will receive the lowest available rate or that a Partner will offer you coverage.

3. Representations and Warranties

A. Accuracy of Information. All information you submit, including personal data, is accurate, complete, and truthful. If you provide false, misleading, or incomplete information, we may terminate your access to the Site and refer the information to our Partners.

B. Legal Age. You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

C. Consent to Contact (TCPA Consent). By clicking any button to submit your information and consent to receive quotes, you provide your electronic signature and explicitly agree that the Company and its Partners may contact you at the telephone number(s) and email address(es) you provided, including via live agent, automated telephone dialing systems (autodialer), pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, and/or text messages (SMS/MMS), even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. 4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
